Christian Pankhurst is globally recognized as an eminent authority on emergent group dynamics. Through the integration of various embodied modalities, he has devised a groundbreaking method to foster profound transformational spaces, employing a unique circle technology known as Heart iQ.

Heart iQ is about doing deep inner work together with others in community. This approach is both potent and intuitive, allowing the field's wisdom to steer the course, rather than the facilitator's predetermined agenda.

Christian's mastery lies in imparting the art of attuning to the subtle cues within the field and deciphering group dynamics, enabling the circle itself to assume the role of the teacher.

Since commencing his journey as a group facilitator in 2002, Christian has amassed an impressive 50,000 hours of teaching experience in circle at his deep dive retreats. He had trained and certified more than 400 practitioners, facilitators, and coaches hailing from over 50 countries worldwide.

Sylvie is a circle facilitator, embodiment teacher, and Self-Leadership coach based in Amsterdam and Zurich. Dedicated to exploring and navigating inner worlds with loving curiosity, harnessing the wisdom of the body, and creating nourishing and uplifting spaces for expansion, empowerment and play.

She is passionate about empowering women to stand boldly and vulnerably in authentic expression. Her program ‘Reclaim Your Roar’ guides women on a journey of deep inner transformation and realignment, delving into topics like authentic expression, setting boundaries, re-parenting of inner parts, fierce self-love, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting to inner fire.

Sylvie strives to create inclusive spaces where unheard voices can be expressed, igniting social change that starts within ourselves. She’s an avid dancer, yoga teacher and trainer at the Institute for Integrative Body-Psychotherapy (IBP) in Switzerland.

As a gesture towards economic equity we’re introducing a sliding scale for our retreat fees. In previous years we have seen that fixed prices hindered access for many who might benefit from the experience and the transformation we can offer. A sliding scale allows us to serve people from a wider range of economic groups while maintaining retreat fees as a reliable pillar of our economy / income.

The success of a sliding scale requires community collaboration. Ideally it allows everyone to pay what they’re able to, while honouring the time and resources invested into the courses. The mid-point of the scale reflects our best translation into a monetary sum of the time, energy and material we put into the courses; the higher end of the sliding scale balances the lower one.

How do I know how much to pay?

Knowing how to rate your capacity requires a moment of honest self-assessment. A complex web of income, wealth, class, race and other factors make up the realities of our ability to pay. In the best case everyone pays within their ability, with those paying higher prices supporting those paying at the lower end.

We invite you to follow these guidelines in choosing your price:

Own the home you live in

Have investments, retirement accounts or inherited money

Travel recreationally

Have access to family resources in times of need

Work part time by choice

Have a relatively high degree of earning power due to your level of education (or gender and racial privilege, class background, etc.). Even if you are not currently exercising your earning power, we encourage you to recognise this as a choice.
